They were so hyper before leaving to go trick or treating. I couldn't even get any food in them. Besides the candy they kept dipping into before they left. I tried to tell them the candy was for trick-or-treaters and they would get their own. But, I think they were afraid I would give it away before they were able to get there fill.

The weather was perfect. Jake took the boys over to a church fall festival with our neighbors. When they got home they went around the neighborhood. There are people that go all out in this neighborhood. Fog machines, spider webs, blow up yard art. I thought some of it might scare Charlie? But, who am I kidding? He knows no fear. I wish he had just a tad.

My husband loves Halloween. I don't. Only because it becomes painfully obvious how lacking in creativity I am. Which is why I married an artist :)
